Return Policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping

No Restocking Fee: We don't charge restocking fees

Refund Method: All returns are processed as store credit

Return Process

  1. Contact us at isidra@graceandmodesty.com or fill out our return request form below
  2. We'll provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship item to: Isidra Cosme 525 Carr 8860 apt 2434 Chalets Sevillanos, Trujillo Alto P.R 00976
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are processed as returns + new purchases using store credit:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Receive store credit for the returned item's value
  3. Use your store credit to purchase the new item you want
  4. Your new item will ship directly from our supplier

UNDELIVERED ORDERS DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS OR ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT

It is not possible to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped.  If the address is incorrect and the product is return to the sender, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • If exchanging, what item you'd like instead

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Improper use of the product
  • labels have been tampered with missing accessories signs of use

Store Credit

Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase. You can view your store credit balance in your customer account.
