Shipping policy
Grace and Modesty operates with the following shipping method:Â
1. International ShippingÂ
1.1. Purchase PolicyÂ
All products available on Grace and Modesty are shipped directly from our suppliers abroadÂ
(Europe, China) to the address provided at checkout. Delivery takes between 15 to 30 businessÂ
days on average (after the product is shipped), depending on the location. The shipment will beÂ
processed within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.Â
We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the progress of their order’s delivery.Â
Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays,Â
strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the postal service, or other situations beyond ourÂ
control.Â
The store guarantees delivery of the order and takes full responsibility to refund the total amountÂ
paid for any products lost or misplaced during the delivery process.Â
1.2. Insured ShippingÂ
If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days after shipment, the totalÂ
amount paid will be fully refunded on that date.Â
Note: You may receive more than one package if you make multiple purchases on our site, asÂ
your products might come from different suppliers. If one product arrives before another, pleaseÂ
rest assured that this is completely normal.Â
1.3. Order TrackingÂ
Products will be shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always beÂ
provided, allowing customers to monitor their delivery progress. Grace and Modesty is committedÂ
to guiding customers on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your emailÂ
as soon as it is available to us.Â
Tracking codes are typically provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment is confirmed.Â
2. General Conditions (Important Notes)Â
2.1. Address AccuracyÂ
Grace and Modesty will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid deliveryÂ
issues, please double-check the shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy.Â
2.2. Recipient UnavailableÂ
Ensure that someone is present at the address to receive your products. The postal service willÂ
attempt delivery three times. If no one is available to receive the package during these attempts,Â
product may be returned to the supplier. In this case, the customer will need to pay for a newÂ
shipping fee to have the product resent.Â
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete AddressÂ
Grace and Modesty is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided byÂ
the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the postal service will return the packageÂ
to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to the original address.Â
If delivery is not possible due to an address error provided by the customer, no refunds will beÂ
issued, and the customer will need to place a new order for the product.Â
